The BIOPROCESSOR unit is fully automated and requires no daily maintenance. The rule of thumb for maintenance and service is that all process components can be easily removed and cleaned by yourself. When reinstalling all removed and processed parts, the original placement, connection, and position must be observed.

Timeframe of work

• Once per week: visual control of purified water (done by the customer independently).
• Periodically (as needed): removal of accumulated contaminants from the aeration grid of mechanical cleaning (done by the customer independently).
• Once a year: service maintenance of the plant.
• Once every 2 years: technical maintenance of the plant.
• Once every 5 years: replacement of the aeration element.
• Once every 10 years: replacement of the polyamide charge pre-treatment filter (if available).
